Returns & Exchanges

We offer No-Questions-Asked Returns and Exchanges within 7 days of purchase.

Once the returned product is received and passes our quality check, store credit will be issued via email.
To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • With original tags intact

  • In original packaging

⚠️ Delivery charges of ₹100 will be deducted from store credit.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds unless the item received is damaged or defective.

In such cases:

  • Our team will inspect the product after it is received back

  • If no discrepancy is found, the refund will be processed to your bank account within 3 days of receiving the product

For exchanges and refund-related queries, please email within 24 hours of delivery to info@gabroos.in


Faulty or Damaged Items

In the rare case that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our support team via WhatsApp at +91 8852099345 within 24 hours of delivery.
Refund will be processed to the customer's bank account in 5-7 days.
We will not be able to process claims for faulty items raised after this 24-hour window.


Order Cancellation Policy

To cancel your order, please contact us through the ‘Contact Us’ page or WhatsApp at +91 8852099345.

Cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been shipped.
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In case of a valid cancellation, you may choose a replacement product of equal value.
